Mmmm singing with the Nations

"Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)"

You call me out upon the waters
The great unknown where feet may fail
And there I find You in the mystery
In oceans deep
My faith will stand

And I will call upon Your name
And keep my eyes above the waves
When oceans rise
My soul will rest in Your embrace
For I am Yours and You are mine

Your grace abounds in deepest waters
Your sovereign hand
Will be my guide
Where feet may fail and fear surrounds me
You've never failed and You won't start now

So I will call upon Your name
And keep my eyes above the waves
When oceans rise
My soul will rest in Your embrace
For I am Yours and You are mine

Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders
Let me walk upon the waters
Wherever You would call me
Take me deeper than my feet could ever wander
And my faith will be made stronger
In the presence of my Savior

I will call upon Your Name
Keep my eyes above the waves
My soul will rest in Your embrace
I am Yours and You are mine

~Mmmm Last Night was another glimpse of eternity. We went to a Hillsong Concert, but it is not really a concert, more of a time that we came together and worshiped, sang, and danced for our "King" My heart is full. So much Joy, feeling like David. What a beautiful picture last night was, there was so much diversity, and all of us from all different countries, ages, and walks of life, but had the same communality of coming together to give glory to God. This Song above, I just fell in Love with...just continuing to surrender my life, my future, my schooling, my summer, being here in South Africa..and trusting in God's plans and dying to my own...Desiring to continually jump out of my comfort zone..desiring the presence of God to illuminate all that is in me, to be invested and intentional with my relationship with Christ. I am hungry for more of my Savior. My heart is anxious lately... Mmmm. So blessed. I can't help but just smile in my heart..through the joys and the pains. I am learning so much each day.

Anyways the weeks keep going by faster!! It was a busy week with research papers due and my final exegetical paper, and a final for Intercultural Communincations. Now just have 2 more next week!

~Saw the Drakensberg Boy's Choir. Their voices were so pure and beautiful. Sound of the Music status with the the Drakensberg Mountains surrounding us.
~ Had my last Life and Teachings of Jesus class this week. This was one of the best Bible classes I   have taken. I have loved studying the greatest Man in History, and our Savior. So inspired and revived in the reading of scripture, there is so much beauty painted in the tapestry of the Word of God.
~ Tried my first really legit Sushi, I liked it because I got a cooked roll
~Long runs in the reserve continue to happen: I am in awe every time I see Zebras and getting the red African mud on me as I go through the puddles
~Loving the storms again and again
~At home group/ connect group we got prayed over that God would send revival to America, a beautiful moment, God is moving, was humbled and moved = had a challenging message about living as spirit filled believers as in the book of Acts by a young women my age..so encouraged.
~Mmm hopefully gonna see my daddy and Ray next week Saturday!
~ We will be going on Safari next week
~ Starting a new class and service sites soon
~Beautiful South African Sunsets
~ Mmmm now I should start studying for Life and Teachings and my Art Class
~ I would rather sit and read and journal, but I should work on being studious

Love all of you..We serve an incredible God!

Shalom&Love
